Hey It's Done 1.00: A productivity tool which allows you to get more work 
done by adding audible completion and pause alarms to long commands which 
don't already have them.  This TSR allows you to concentrate on other tasks 
while long commands are executing without needing to constantly check the 
display.  The blind disabled can use it as a command progress indicator.
It works with DOS, Windows, application, and batch file commands.
